ผ้าทอเกาะยอ เป็นผ้าทอพื้นเมืองของตำบลเกาะยอ อำเภอเมือง จังหวัดสงขลา ที่มีลวดลายอ่อนนุ่ม ถือเป็นสัญลักษณ์หัตถกรรมพื้นบ้านของภาคใต้และยังเป็นสุดยอดผลิตภัณฑ์ หนึ่งตำบลหนึ่งผลิตภัณฑ์ OTOP ปี 2549 สืบสานตำนานจากชาวเกาะยอที่ส่วนหนึ่งอพยพมาจากตำบลน้ำน้อย อำเภอหาดใหญ่ และตำบลทุ่งหวัง อำเภอเมืองสงขลา มีเชื้อสายจีน ทำอาชีพประมง ทำสวนยาง สวนผลไม้ และงานหัตถกรรมพื้นบ้าน คือการทอผ้าพื้นเมืองสำหรับใช้ในครัวเรือน จึงเป็นที่มาของ "ผ้าทอเกาะยอ”
