วัตถุประสงค์การวิจัย
1.ศึกษาพฤติกรรมการออกกำลังกายเพื่อสุขภาพของนักเรียนประถมศึกษา ที่มีต่อการเปลี่ยนแปลงพฤติกรรมออกกำลังกายเพื่อสุขภาพ ด้านความรู้, ทัศนคติ และการปฏิบัติตัวด้านการออกกำลังกายของนักเรียน ก่อนและหลังการทดลอง
2. ศึกษาผลของการเปลี่ยนแปลง ด้านสมรรถภาพทางกาย สุขภาพกาย สุขภาพจิต และสมรรถนะการเรียนของนักเรียน ก่อนและหลังการทดลอง
