การมีส่วนร่วมในการดำเนินการประกันคุณภาพภายในสถานศึกษาของครู เครือข่ายพุทธรักษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาสุรินทร์ เขต 3 มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อประเมินด้านบริบทสภาพแวดล้อมของงาน เพื่อประเมินด้านปัจจัยเบื้องต้น เพื่อประเมินด้านกระบวนการ และเพื่อประเมินความพึงพอใจด้านผลผลิตการดำเนินงาน และการดำเนินงานระบบประกันคุณภาพภายในสถานศึกษาของครู เครือข่ายพุทธรักษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาสุรินทร์ เขต 3กลุ่มประชากร ได้แก่ ครู 74 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล คือ แบบสอบถาม และทำการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้ ค่าเฉลี่ย ( ) ความแปรปรวนของกลุ่มประชากร ( )
ผลการศึกษาพบว่า
1. ด้านบริบทสภาพแวดล้อมก่อนดำเนินงาน ภาพรวมอยู่ใน ระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายการจากคะแนนเฉลี่ยมากไปหาน้อย คือ 1) มีความเหมาะสมและเป็นไปได้ในการปฏิบัติ และได้รับความร่วมมือและการประสานของบุคลากรและผู้เกี่ยวข้องในการดำเนินงาน 2) วัตถุประสงค์มีความชัดเจน สอดคล้องกับนโยบายของกระทรวงศึกษาธิการ
2. ด้านปัจจัยเบื้องต้นของงาน ภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายการจากคะแนนเฉลี่ยมากไปหาน้อย คือโรงเรียนมีความเหมาะสมและความเพียงพอของอาคารสถานที่ ห้องปฏิบัติงานหรือสถานที่ปฏิบัติกิจกรรม โรงเรียนมีคณะกรรมการดำเนินงาน ผู้บริหารโรงเรียนมีความรู้ความสามารถเกี่ยวกับการประเมินคุณภาพภายใน
3. ด้านกระบวนการโดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายการจากคะแนนเฉลี่ยมากไปหาน้อย คือ 1) โรงเรียนมีการวางแผนดำเนินงาน 2) โรงเรียนมีการนิเทศติดตาม กำกับการดำเนินงาน
4. ความพึงพอใจด้านผลผลิตหลังดำเนินงาน โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายการจากคะแนนเฉลี่ยมากไปหาน้อย ด้านประสิทธิภาพการจัดกิจกรรมตามโครงการได้แก่ 1) โรงเรียนมีการสร้างบรรยากาศในการจัดกิจรรมและความเอาใจใส่ดูแลนักเรียน 2) โรงเรียนมีการจัดกิจกรรม ที่หลากหลายและบูรณาการกับกลุ่มสาระอื่นๆ และ 3) โรงเรียนมีแนวการจัดกิจกรรมตามขั้นตอนโดยละเอียดและผ่านการตรวจจากผู้บริหาร
5. ความพึงพอใจที่มีต่อการดำเนินงานประกันคุณภาพภายใน โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายการจากคะแนนเฉลี่ยมากไปหาน้อย ได้แก่ 1) การปฏิบัติงานตามแผนระบบประกันคุณภาพภายในโรงเรียน 2) การกำหนดนโยบายการดำเนินระบบประกันคุณภาพภายในโรงเรียน การนิเทศ ติดตาม กำกับ การดำเนินงานและ 3) การศึกษาสภาพปัญหาและความต้องการจากครู ผู้ปกครองและนักเรียน การกำหนดผู้รับผิดชอบงานระบบประกันคุณภาพภายในโรงเรียน
