การศึกษาวิจัยครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค

การศึกษาวิจัยครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาปัญหาและแนวทางการบริหารงานวิชาการกลุ่มโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา เขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 36 กลุ่มย่อยที่ 2 จังหวัดเชียงราย ผลการศึกษาพบว่า ปัญหาโดยภาพรวม อยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน พบว่า ด้านที่มีปัญหามากสุด คือ ด้านการพัฒนากระบวนการเรียนรู้ รองลงมาคือ ด้านการวัดผล ประเมินผล และเทียบโอนผลการเรียน ส่วนด้านที่มีปัญหาน้อยสุด ด้านการวิจัยเพื่อพัฒนาคุณภาพการศึกษา แนวทางการบริหารงานวิชาการพบว่า ด้านการพัฒนาหลักสูตรสถานศึกษา คือ จัดทำโครงการการนิเทศการใช้หลักสูตรอย่างเป็นระบบโดยการจัดทำปฏิทิน และแต่งตั้ง คณะกรรมการในการดำเนินการและรายงานผลเพื่อนำไปพัฒนาปรับปรุง ด้านการพัฒนากระบวนการเรียนรู้ คือ จัดสรรงบประมาณให้เพียงพอ ด้านการวัดผลประเมินผลและเทียบโอนผลการเรียน คือ ประชุมชี้แจงแนวทางการปฏิบัติให้ครูทราบเกี่ยวกับระเบียบการวัดประเมินผลและการเทียบโอนเพื่อสร้างความเข้าใจให้ครูเข้าใจตรงกัน ด้านการวิจัยเพื่อพัฒนาคุณภาพการศึกษา คือ ควรมีทุนสนับสนุนงานวิจัยของครูให้เป็นรูปธรรม ด้านการพัฒนาสื่อ นวัตกรรม และเทคโนโลยีเพื่อการศึกษา คือ ควรเพิ่มงบประมาณในการจัดทำสื่อและนวัตกรรมให้กับครูผู้สอน ด้านการพัฒนาแหล่งการเรียนรู้ คือ ระดมทรัพยากรจากทุกภาคส่วนมาสนับสนุน
