ในความคิดของฉัน ฉันคิดว่าไกด์เป็นอาชีพที่มีความสำคัญอย่างหนึ่งในปัจจุบัน เนื่องจากว่ามีผู้คนจำนวนมากชอบในการท่องเที่ยวมากขึ้น ไม่ว่าจะเป็นการท่องเที่ยวในประเทศของตนเองหรือประเทศต่างแดน ทุกๆคนล้วนแต่อยากไปดูความเป็นอยู่ วัฒนธรรมในท้องถิ่นและสถานที่ท่องเที่ยวที่สวยงามกันทั้งนั้น ถึงแม้ว่าทุกคนจะมองว่าการท่องเที่ยวนั้นเป็นแค่การพักผ่อน แค่ดูๆว่าสถานที่นั้นๆสวยงามหรือเปล่า แต่จริงๆแล้วนั้น ในทุกๆประเทศ ทุกๆสถานที่ ทุกๆเมืองนั้นล้วนแต่มีเสน่ห์ที่แตกต่างกันซึ่งไกด์เนี่ยแหละ... ที่จะเป็นผู้ช่วยให้คุณเห็นว่ามันมีเสน่ห์ยังไง อาชีพมัคคุเทศก์เป็นอาชีพทางด้านบริการอย่างหนึ่งซึ่งต้องมีใจที่รักในงานบริการเท่านั้นถึงจะทำได้ซึ่งอาชีพมัคคุเทศก์นี้เป็นอาชีพที่มีอิสระในการทำงานไม่ต้องนั่งอยู่กับออฟฟิศ ซึ่งอาชีพนี้จะต้องมีคุณสมบัติหลายประการมากเช่นจะต้องใช้คำพูดได้ดีเพื่อให้ลูกค้ามั่นใจในตัวของเราให้ได้ว่าเรานั้นสามารถให้ความรู้เกี่ยวกับสถานที่ที่จะพาเขาไปให้ได้เป็นต้น แต่อาชีพมัคคุเทศก์นี้เป็นอาชพในฝันของดิฉันเนื่องจากเป็นอาชีพที่ตรงกับสายการเรียนในขณะนี้และจะพยายามทำให้อาชีพที่ดิฉันฝันนี้กลายเป็นอาชีพในอนาคตให้ได้
เหตุผลที่ฉันอยากเป็นไกด์ก็เพราะว่า ฉันเป็นคนที่ชอบเรียนภาษา ฉันคิดว่าไม่ว่าจะเป็นภาษาอังกฤษ ภาษาไทย หรือภาษาอื่นๆ ก็ย่อมมีเสน่ห์ที่แตกต่างกันไป ดังนั้นฉันจึงคิดว่าอาชีพนี้ทำให้ฉันได้นำความรู้ภาษามาใช้และสามารถต่อยอดความรู้ของฉันให้กลายเป็นสิ่งที่เลี้ยงตัวเองได้ อีกเหตุผลนั่นก็คือ ฉันเป็นคนชอบท่องเที่ยว เพราะเห็นว่าสถานที่ในแต่ละประเทศนั้นมีสไตล์ที่แตกต่างกัน และได้สอดแทรกวัฒนธรรมในแต่ละท้องที่ไว้อย่างกลมกลืน ฉันจึงอยากให้ทุกๆคนได้เห็นในสิ่งที่ฉันเห็นและหลงใหลสถานที่ต่างๆเหมือนกับฉันค่ะ
