ข้อ 3 ผู้เช่าสัญญาว่า
(1) จะชำระค่าเช่าล่วงหน้าภายในวันที่ 25 ของเดือนทุกๆ เดือนไป

ข้อ 4 ผู้ให้เช่าสัญญาว่า
(1) จะออกใบรับเงินค่าเช่าทุกคราวที่รับชำระค่าเช่า

ข้อ ๕ เมื่อสัญญาเช่าระงับสิ้นไปไม่ว่าด้วยเหตุใดๆ ก็ตาม ผู้ให้เช่ามีสิทธิเข้าครอบครอง
