ข้อ 3 กรณีที่ผู้เช่า ละทิ้งห้องพักที่เช่าไปเป็นระยะเวลาเกินกว่า 5 วัน โดยมิได้บอกกล่าวล่วงหน้า หรือ ผู้เช่าค้างชำระค่าเช่า 5 วัน นับตั้งแต่ที่ครบกำหนด ซึ่งผู้เช่า ต้องชำระค่าเช่าห้องตามที่กล่าวไว้ในสัญญาข้อที่ 2 ผู้เช่าตกลงยินยอม ดังนี้
3.1 ให้ผู้ให้เช่า เก็บสิ่งของทุกชนิดภายในห้องที่เช่า เพื่อรวบรวมไว้ ณ สถานที่ที่ ผู้ให้เช่า จัดไว้ และภายใน 15 วันนับตั้งแต่ครบกำหนดชำระเงิน หาก ผู้เช่า ไม่มาติดต่อขอรับคืน ผู้ให้เช่ามีสิทธิ์นำสิ่งของดังกล่าวขายทอดตลอด เพื่อนำเงินสดมาชดใช้หนี้สินที่ค้างอยู่
