ระเบียบการวางบิลและรับเช็ค/โอนเงิน ปี 2558 ABC Cooking Studio (Thailand) Co.,Ltd


บริษัทมีนโยบายรับวางบิล, จ่ายเช็ค/โอนเงิน
รับวางบิลทุกวันที 1-5 ของเดือน ถ้าเดือนไหน ตรงกับวันเสาร์-วันอาทิตย์ ให้เลื่อนออกไป
กำหนดรับเช็คทุกวันที่ 25-28 ของทุกเดือน ตรงกับวันเสาร์-วันอาทิตย์ ให้เลื่อนออกไป
กำหนดโอนเงินทุกวันที่ 25 ของทุกเดือน ตรงกับวันเสาร์-วันอาทิตย์ ให้เลื่อนออกไป

เอกสารที่ใช้ในการวางบิล
- ใบวางบิล/ใบแจ้งหนี้
- สำเนาใบส่งของ(ถ้ามี)
- สำเนาใบกำกับภาษี
- กรณีเป็นงานบริการ ต้องมีเอกสารใบรับมอบงานจากผู้มีอำนาจเซ็นต์อนุมัติ
- สำเนา PO.
- Supplier ใหม่รบกวนแนบเอกสาร ภพ.20 และหนังสือรับรองบริษัทมาด้วยทุกครั้ง


กรณีรับเช็ค/โอนเงิน

กรณีรับเช็ค
1. แนบใบแจ้งหนี้&ใบเสร็จรับเงิน(ต้นฉบับ)
2. สำเนาใบ PO
3. เอกสารไม่ครบเลื่อนจ่ายเดือนรอบถัดไป
4. จ่ายเช็คทุกวันที่ 25-28 ของทุกเดือน ตรงส-อ รับวันถัดไป


กรณีโอนเงิน
1. กรุณาแบบถ่ายสำเนา book bank account บัญชีสำหรับการโอนเงินมาที่

2. โอนเงินทุกวันที่ 25 ของทุกเดือน ตรงส-อ รับวันถัดไป
3. แนบใบแจ้งหนี้ , ใบเสร็จรับเงิน(ต้นฉบับ) และ PO ก่อนกำหนดโอนเงินวันที่ 25 ของทุกเดือน
4. เอกสารไม่ครบเลื่อนจ่ายเดือนรอบถัดไป

- กรณีที่ทาง Supplier ส่งของไม่ครบ PO. ไม่สามารถวางบิลได้
- กรณีวางบิลทาง Supplier สามารถมาวางบิล กับฝ่ายบัญชี ABC Cooking Studio เท่านั้น
- กรณีรับเช็คทาง Supplier สามารถมารับเช็ค กับฝ่ายบัญชี ABC Cooking Studio เท่านั้น
