ข้อ 6. หนังสือสัญญาฉบับนี้ มีผลบังคับใช้ก็ต่อเมื่อมีการทำสัญญา และมีการค้ำประกันสัญญาให้กับบริษัทฯ เรียบร้อยแล้วเท่านั้น ถ้าหากไม่มีการเซ็นสัญญา และค้ำประกันให้ถือว่าหนังสือสัญญาฉบับนี้เป็นโมฆะโดยทันที
