- ผู้ป่วยไม่มีอาการคลื่นไส้อาเจียน หรือลดลง
- ได้รับอาหารและน้ำดื่มอย่างเพียงพอ
กิจกรรมการพยาบาล
1. สังเกตและประเมินอาการคลื่นไส้อาเจียน
2. จัดท่านอนเพื่อป้องกันการสำลักสิ่งอาเจียนเข้าสู่ปอด
3. ดูแลความสะอาดภายในช่องปาก
4. แนะนำ ดูแลให้จิบน้ำอุ่นบ่อย ๆ
5. ดูแลให้ได้รับน้ำเกลือ คือ 5% D/NSS 1,000 ซีซี 80 ซีซี/ชั่วโมง ตามแผนการรักษาของแพทย์
