,, Fair honest comprehensive and accurate review including pictures. 16th October 2015
Horrible service Horrible Food,,, Horrible Experience. Just plain Horrible with a capital H.
I, To Woson have been advised by the staff last night that. You are the Owner of this restaurant. I would ashamed to deliver such an awful service.
What were the issues:
- Ordered. A bottle of sparkling water.Waiter just shoved the bottle on the table with two extra glasses and walked away. Leaving a total of 6 (2 of which wine). Glasses on the table and a bottle of sparkling water unopened. I waited thinking that this was an oversight; given one of. The waiters later removed the wine glasses; however after the waiters walked past 4 further times I had to ask why it was. Left in such a state.* * See picture * *
- Ordered the Dim Sim Entree. Which turned out to be pre-frozen, dim Sims pre-refrigerated lettuce leaf / shaved. Carrot. This meant the dim Sims weren 't golden brown as they are meant to be but also burning hot in the centre.
I anticipated. The night would get better however it just got allot worse...
- Pad Thai with Chile Flakes and "TWO tablespoons of salt."Yes you read right; two tablespoons of salt. First and foremost the Chile Flakes could of been added to the menu but this. Is a small thing to grieve about. The main concern is the two tablespoons of salt. Now I 'm not sure which part of Thailand. This comes from but never have I heard of Pad Thai or any dish for that matter requiring two tablespoons of salt.
* * I should. Note:My Woson has refused to answer why the dish came with this added extra despite asking him. (I can provide evidence of his. Refusal if required) * *
. I have attached a picture of this dish including the salt as mentioned.
- After requesting for. The Chili Flakes (due to allergies) and the salt to be removed.I am greeted with what strongly appears to be the same dish but half the portion thrown into another bowl without the crushed. Peanuts chilli flakes, or salt. Umm hang on; I never requested for the crushed peanuts to be taken of.

Waitering Skills in detail:
- Unable to understand basic English from someone who. Speaks clear English.
.- Waiters wear sneakers. Should be black shoes given the price of this restaurant. (Small issue)
- Waiter when asked to. Remove the second Pad Thai dish refused and left it there.
- Waiter had to be asked four times to provide a bill. Subsequent. Times I was looked at with a pale look while they stood still.
To be fair;The dishes were served promptly however given they were horrible I can 't really add much more.
I Last and final; asked. To speak with a Manager after being served the second incorrect Pad Thai. However would you believe there is no manager. At this restaurant. You are given Mr Wosons mobile number and are told to call him (which he doesn 't answer calls only text. Messages).
