การศึกษาวิจัยเรื่อง “ผลกระทบจากการทำงานที่มีผลต่อคุณภาพชีวิตของนักศึกษาที่ทำงานพิเศษ” มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาผลกระทบจากการทำงานที่มีผลต่อคุณภาพชีวิตของนักศึกษาที่ทำงานพิเศษ โดยมีตัวแปรคือ เพศ อายุ ระดับการศึกษา เกรดเฉลี่ยปัจจุบัน อาชีพผู้ปกครอง รายได้ต่อเดือนที่ได้จากครอบครัว รายได้ต่อเดือนที่ได้จากการทำงานพิเศษ และ การจ่ายค่าเทอม โดยใช้วิธีการสุ่มแบบบังเอิญ (Accidental Sampling) โดยมีกลุ่มตัวอย่างจำนวน 30 คน และใช้แบบสอบถามเป็นเครื่องมือในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล ข้อมูลครั้งนี้แบ่งออกเป็น 3 ส่วนคือ ส่วนที่ 1 ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล ส่วนที่ 2 แบบสอบถามเกี่ยวกับพฤติกรรมการทำงานของนักศึกษาที่ทำงานพิเศษ จำนวน 6 ข้อ และ ส่วนที่ 3 เป็นแบบสอบถามเกี่ยวกับคุณภาพชีวิตการทำงาน ซึ่งแบ่งออกเป็น 5 ระดับ ได้แก่ มากที่สุด มาก ปานกลาง น้อย และน้อยที่สุด เป็นต้น
การศึกษาครั้งนี้ ผู้วิจัยนำแบบสอบถามทั้งหมดมาวิเคราะห์และแปรผลด้วยเครื่องคอมพิวเตอร์โดยใช้โปรแกรม สำเร็จรูปแบบ SPSS for Windows (Statistical for the Social Sciences for Windows) และวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลลักษณะส่วนบุคคล คือ ค่าร้อยละ (Percentage) ค่าเฉลี่ย (Mean) และค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน S.D (Standard Deviation) และสถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลการทดสอบสมมติฐานคือ t-test และ F-test (One Way ANOVA) โดยกำหนดนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ .05
