3. กรณีแลกบัตร พักทานข้าว 1 ชม.
- ต้องมีการขออนุญาต จากหัวหน้าแผนกระดับ Supervisor ขึ้นไป
- แผนกฝ่ายผลิต (ขออนุญาตที่ Supervisor เท่านั้น และทำการแลกบัตรที่ Supervisor เท่านั้น)
