การศึกษาครั้งนี้ มีจุดประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาความพึงพอใจของครูที่มีต่อการบริหารงานของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาขนาดเล็กในเขตเทศบาลตำบลแม่วาง อำเภอแม่วาง จังหวัดเชียงใหม่ ประชากรที่ใช้ในการศึกษาค้นคว้าในครั้งนี้ ได้แก่ คณะครูโรงเรียนเทศบาลวัดดอนเปา ข้าราชการครูโรงเรียนบ้านกาด(เขมวังส์ ) และคณะครูโรงเรียนวัดสศิริชัยนิมิต รวม 34 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการศึกษา ได้แก่ แบบสอบถาม (Questionnaire) ชนิดมาตราส่วนประเมินค่า (Rating Scale) 5 ระดับ ตามวิธีการของ เรนซิสลิเคอร์ท (Rensis Likert) สถิติที่ใช้ในการศึกษาได้แก่ ความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน
