การวิจัยครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อศึกษาระดับแรงจูงใจในการปฏิบัติงานของอาสาสมัครสาธารณสุขประจำหมู่บ้าน อำเภอแก่งหางแมว จังหวัดจันทบุรี 2) เพื่อศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างปัจจัยส่วนบุคคลกับแรงจูงใจที่มีผลต่อการปฏิบัติงานของอาสาสมัครสาธารณสุขประจำหมู่บ้าน อำเภอแก่งหางแมว จังหวัดจันทบุรี 3) เพื่อศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างปัจจัยในการทำงานกับแรงจูงใจที่มีผลต่อการปฏิบัติงานของอาสาสมัครสาธารณสุขประจำหมู่บ้านอำเภอแก่งหางแมว จังหวัดจันทบุรี ประชากรที่ใช้ในการศึกษา คือ อาสาสมัครสาธารณสุขประจำหมู่บ้าน อำเภอแก่งหางแมว จังหวัดจันทบุรี จำนวน 272 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บข้อมูลเป็นแบบสอบถาม วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติ ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ฟิชเชอร์
และสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ของเพียร์สัน
