วันหยุดพักผ่อนประจำปี
- ลูกจ้างซึ่งทำงานติดต่อกันมาครบ 1 ปี มีสิทธิหยุดพักผ่อนประจำปีไม่น้อยกว่าปีละ 6 วันทำงาน
- ลูกจ้างมีสิทธิ์ได้รับค่าจ้างในวันหยุดพักผ่อนประจำปี
- ถ้าลูกจ้างที่ทำงานยังไม่ครบ 1 ปี จะให้หยุดตามส่วนก็ได้
- ให้นายจ้างเป็นผู้กำหนดวันหยุดพักผ่อนประจำปีให้ลูกจ้างทราบล่วงหน้าหรือกำหนดตามที่ตกลงกัน
- นายจ้างและลูกจ้างจะตกลงกันล่วงหน้าสะสมและเลื่อนวันหยุดพักผ่อนประจำปีไปรวมหยุดในปีอื่นก็ได้
