เซอร์ อเล็กซานเดอร์ เฟลมมิง (อังกฤษ: Sir Alexander Fleming) เป็นนักชีววิทยาและนักเภสัชวิทยาชาวสก็อตแลนด์ เกิดเมื่อวันที่ 6 สิงหาคม พ.ศ. 2424 ในดาร์เวล ประเทศสก็อตแลนด์ เสียชีวิตในวันที่ 11 มีนาคม พ.ศ. 2498 ที่กรุงลอนดอน ประเทศอังกฤษ เขาเป็นผู้ค้นพบเชื้อราชนิดหนึ่งชื่อว่าเพนนิซิลเลียม (Penicilliam) ซึ่งต่อมาได้นำมาสกัดเป็นยาเพนนิซิลลิน (Penicilin)
