อุทยานแห่งชาติสิรินาถ เป็นหาดทรายที่มีความยาวต่อเนื่องกันถึง 13 กิโลเมตร "หาดในทอน" ใช้เส้นทางไปอุทยานฯ เมื่อถึงทางแยกเข้าบ้านสาคู เลี้ยวซ้ายไปประมาณ 3 กิโลเมตร

ส่วน "หาดในยาง" เป็นที่ตั้งที่ทำการอุทยานฯ เป็นหาดที่มีสวนสนร่มรื่นเหมาะแก่การพักผ่อนและเล่นน้ำ นอกจากนี้ ยังมีแนวปะการังขนาดใหญ่เป็นที่อาศัยของสัตว์ทะเลนานาชนิด โดยเฉพาะเต่าทะเลซึ่งจะขึ้นมาวางไข่บนหาด

"หาดทรายแก้ว" เป็นหาดทรายขาวทอดยาวขนานกับทิวต้นสนอยู่ถัดจากหาดไม้ขาวไปจนถึงสะพานสารสิน
