I am living in london and planing to open a coffee shop in BKK or other choice is Taipei. If i be sucsessful maybe other branches in Asia.

So i need some help about information. How Foreign people can open a business there?
I know foreign people can open business with a Thai partner and can get %49 profit. So what about visa? Do I need visa or what type of visa I need?

By the way some people say I must show 500000thb in my bank account and some people said 2 million thb!!! is that true???? i hope not
