โครงงานนี้เป็นโครงงานที่ศึกษาเกี่ยวกับการวิเคราะห์ และแก้ปัญหาความเสียหายของผลิตภัณฑ์เครื่องดื่มในศูนย์กระจายสินค้า โดยนำเสนอรูปแบบการแก้ปัญหาที่อาศัยหลักการทางโลจิสติกส์ และเครื่องมือที่ใช้ในงานควบคุมคุณภาพ ( QC 7 tools) ซึ่งในการจัดทำโครงงานนี้ แบ่งลักษณะงานออกเป็น 2 ส่วน คือ งานด้านการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเพื่อหาสาเหตุที่แท้จริงของปัญหา และผลิตภัณฑ์ที่ควรได้รับการแก้ไขปัญหา และงานด้านการออกแบบรูปแบบการแก้ปัญหาในแต่ละสาเหตุ
งานด้านการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเพื่อหาสาเหตุที่แท้จริงของปัญหา และผลิตภัณฑ์ที่ควรได้รับการแก้ไขนั้น เป็นการรวบรวมข้อมูลความเสียหายที่เกิดกับผลิตภัณฑ์เครื่องดื่มของบริษัท ในระหว่างเดือนสิงหาคม 2558 ถึง เดือนกุมภาพันธ์ 2559 จากการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยอาศัย แผนภูมิพาเรโต และแผนผังก้างปลา พบว่า ความเสียหายของผลิตภัณฑ์เครื่องดื่มประเภทเบียร์กระป๋อง และเบียร์ขวด มีมูลค่าความเสียหายสูงสุด ซึ่งควรได้รับการแก้ไข นอกจากนี้ยังพบว่าผลิตภัณฑ์เบียร์กระป๋อง เกิดความเสียหายสูงสุดที่การขนส่งขาเข้า ในส่วนของรถขนส่งสินค้า 22 ล้อ และ 10 ล้อ ในเส้นทาง Leg A และเส้นทาง Leg B ตามลำดับ ส่วนผลิตภัณฑ์เบียร์ขวด เกิดความเสียหายในคลังสินค้าสูงที่สุด ในส่วนของพนักงานขับรถโฟล์คลิฟต์
จากการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลข้างต้น ทำให้งานด้านการออกแบบรูปแบบการแก้ไขปัญหา เกิดขึ้น 2 รูปแบบ คือ การขนส่งขาเข้า และคลังสินค้า โดยในการขนส่งขาเข้านั้น เลือกการติดตัวกันกระแทก บริเวณภายในรถขนส่งสินค้า ของทั้งเส้นทาง Leg A และเส้นทาง Leg B ส่วนในคลังสินค้า ได้ออกแบบแบบประเมินการทำงานของพนักงานขับรถโฟล์คลิฟต์ และใบตรวจเช็ครถโฟล์คลิฟต์ประจำวัน เพื่อเป็นการย้ำเตือนผู้ปฏิบัติงานให้เกิดสติ และความระมัดระวังขณะปฏิบัติงาน
ผลการแก้ไขปัญหาทั้ง 2 รูปแบบนั้น พบว่า ภาคการขนส่งขาเข้าทั้งเส้นทาง Leg A และเส้นทาง Leg B สามารถลดความเสียหายจากการขนส่งได้ ร้อยละ 88.89 และร้อยละ 100.00 จากเดิมตามลำดับ คิดเป็นมูลค่าต้นทุนที่ลดลง ประมาณ 183.74 และ 46.80 บาทต่อเที่ยว ตามลำดับ มีระยะการคืนทุนของแก้ไขปัญหาด้วยการติดตัวกันกระแทก ของเส้นทาง Leg A และเส้นทาง Leg B อยู่ที่ 6.5 เดือน และ 8.5 เดือน ตามลำดับ นอกจากนี้ในส่วนของคลังสินค้า พบว่า พนักงานขับรถโฟล์คลิฟต์ให้ความร่วมมือในการทำแบบประเมิน และปฏิบัติงานตามเอกสารที่ได้ออกแบบไว้เพื่อใช้แก้ปัญหา อยู่ในเกณฑ์ดี ทำให้สามารถลดความเสียหายของเบียร์ขวดได้ร้อยละ 90.24 จากเดิม ซึ่งคิดเป็นมูลค่าต้นทุนที่ลดลงได้ถึง 1,338.99 บาท
