จากการทำโครงงานนี้ เมื่อนำไข่เป็ดมาแปรรูปเป็นไข่เค็มแล้ว เมื่อนำมาต้มทำให้ทราบว่าไข่แดงมีสีเข้ม น่ารับประทานมากขึ้นซึ่งเป็นประโยชน์ในการเพิ่มมูลค่าให้กับไข่เค็มที่มีการวางขายอยู่ทั่วไป ซึ่งไม่มีกลิ่นหอมและไข่แดงมีสีอ่อน
