การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนของนิสิตระดับปริญญาตรีมหาวิทยาลัยพะเยาในปีการศึกษา 2556 จำนวน 390 คนเครื่องมือที่ใช้ได้แก่แบบสอบถามสถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลได้แก่ค่าความถี่ค่าร้อยละค่าเฉลี่ยและส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานผลการศึกษาพบว่าปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนของนิสิตระดับปริญญาตรีมหาวิทยาลัยพะเยาโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมากเมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้านพบว่าปัจจัยด้านความสัมพันธ์กับครอบครัวเป็นปัจจัยสูงสุดที่ส่งผลต่อผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนของนิสิตรองลงมาได้แก่ปัจจัยด้านความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างกลุ่มเพื่อนปัจจัยด้านเจตคติต่อการเรียนของนิสิตปัจจัยด้านลักษณะและพฤติกรรมการสอนของผู้สอนปัจจัยด้านพฤติกรรมการเรียนของนิสิตและปัจจัยที่อยู่ในระดับปานกลางคือปัจจัยด้านสภาพแวดล้อมภายในสถานศึกษาตามลำดับ
