แม่ค้าปริญญาตรี


ณ ร้านโทรศัพท์ ในละแวกอุดมสุข ที่มีชื่อว่า “ ร้านพร้อมโทร ” ซึ่ง ห้อมล้อมรอบไปด้วยร้านขายอาหารต่างๆหลากหลายชนิด ในมุมหนึ่งของร้านโทรศัพท์มีแม่ค้าหญิงร่างเล็กออกไปทางท้วมเล็กน้อย ผิวสองสี ใบหน้าอ่อนกว่าวัย เต็มไปด้วยรอยยิ้มและเสียงหัวเราะตลอดเวลากำลังบรรจงจับตะเกียบคีบลูกชิ้นเข้าปาก จากชามก๋วยเตี๋ยวอย่างเช่นทุกวัน รอบกายของเธอเต็มไปด้วยอาหารและผลไม้ เธอค่อยๆหยิบฝรั่งชิ้นน้อยเข้าปากทั้งๆที่ในมือยังคงถือตะเกียบค้างอยู่ ถ้านับตามเครือญาติ เธอเป็นลูกสาวของน้องสาวของย่าฉันอีกที แต่ก่อนที่จะสับสนไปมากกว่านี้ เอาเป็นว่าเธอคือ “ อา ” ของฉันนั่นเอง


เธอมีชื่อว่า นิรุชา เอี่ยมสถาน อายุ 36 ปี เกิดวันที่ 27 กรกฎาคม พ.ศ. 2519 เธอเล่าว่าตัวเธอ เป็นคนพิจิตรโดยกำเนิดแต่ได้ย้ายไปเรียนที่เชียงใหม่ตอนเข้ามัธยมต้น ครอบครัวของเธอประกอบอาชีพเกษตรกรรมบนพื้นที่ของตัวเอง ในครอบครัวมีกันทั้งหมด 6 คน คือ พ่อ แม่ พี่เดือน พี่ดาว พี่คิด และเธอซึ่งเป็นลูกสาวคนสุดท้อง เธอจึงถูกตั้งชื่อว่า “ เล็ก ”


ดูผิวเผินคนผ่านไปใครมาคงมองว่าเธอเป็นแค่แม่ค้า คงเรียนไม่สูง แต่ หารู้ไม่ จริงๆแล้ว เธอเรียนจบปริญญาตรีจากมหาวิทลัยราชภัฏเชียงใหม่ คณะครุศาสตร์ สาขาคหกรรมทั่วไป ด้วยเกรดที่ไม่น้อยหน้าใครเลยทีเดียว


เธอเล่าให้ฟังถึงวีรกรรมสนุกๆตอนเรียนมหาวิทยาลัย เธอหัวเราะเบาๆ พร้อมกับบอกว่า “อย่าเอาเป็นตัวอย่างก็แล้วกัน” เธอมีเพื่อนที่สนิทๆอยู่ 2 คน คือ แอร์ และ มิ้นท์ เธอและเพื่อนจะเข้าไปนั่งรียนหน้าห้องเพื่อเช็คชื่อและออกทางประตูหลังทันทีที่เช็คชื่อเสร็จ เธอและเพื่อนจะชวนกันโดดเรียนไปห้างสรรพสินค้า บ่อยครั้ง ผลที่ได้คือ เกือบโดนรีไทร์(Riatrs) เพราะติดวิชาเอกของสาขา แต่ก็ผ่านเพราะแก้ได้


ในการทำงานเป็นกลุ่มจะเห็นนิสัยหลายๆแบบของเพื่อน ซึ่งสิ่งที่เธอได้เจอก็เป็นเรื่องน่าประทับใจ เพื่อนๆของเธอไม่เคยเกี่ยงกัน ถ้าใครไม่มาหรือไม่อยู่ก็จะช่วยกันและถ้าใครไม่จ่ายเงินก็จะจ่ายให้


ช่วงเวลาการเป็นนักศึกษาของเธอไม่มีหนุ่มๆเข้ามาแจกขนมจีบเลยสักคน เธอหัวเราะเบาๆก่อนจะเล่าว่า “ตอนนั้นค่อนข้างที่จะปากไม่ค่อยดี ถ้าอยู่รวมกัน 3-4 คน ถ้านั่งอยู่หน้าคณะก็จะแซวทุกคนที่เดินผ่าน เลยไม่ค่อยมีใครกล้าเข้ามายุ่ง ก็เลยแห้ว!”


การทำงานครั้งแรกในชีวิตของเธอได้เริ่มอย่างจริงจัง เธอต้องทำเค้กและขายเองในร้านเบเกอร์รี่ ในภาควิชาเป็นร้านเบเกอร์รี่ของคณะ เธอต้องทำงานทุกอย่างในร้าน ต้องทำเองขายเอง และต้องทำแบบนี้ทุกวัน วันละ 5 ชั่วโมง ชั่วโมงละ15 บาท นี่คือการทำงานครั้งแรกของเธอ จึงเป็นอะไรที่เหนื่อยมากเพราะไม่เคยทำมาก่อน แต่เธอก็ชอบและมีความสุขที่ได้ทำ


เมื่อถึงปี 4 เทอม 1 ต้องมีการฝึกงานโดยการไปเป็นครูฝึกสอนเด็ก ม.ต้น ที่โรงเรียนแม่แตงวิทยา อ.แม่ลิม วิชาที่ต้องสอนคือวิชาอาหารไทย เธอต้องสอนทั้ง2แบบคือ วิชาประจำ และวิชาเลือก วิชาลือกจะรวมเด็กที่สนใจการทำอาหารจริงๆ และการฝึกสอนที่โรงเรียนนี้จำเป็นต้องอยู่บ้านพักครูเพราะค่อนข้างไกลจากบ้านของเธอมาก ด้วยที่เธอเป็นครูฝึกสอน อายุห่างจากเด็กไม่เท่าไร จึงถูกเด็กๆแกล้ง กลางวันโดนเอากาวตราช้างหยอดที่รูกุญแจ ตกดึกๆก็แกล้งหลอกผีโดยการมาเคาะประตูและหลบเพื่อให้กลัว แต่ก็รู้ว่าเด็กแกล้งและก็ไม่โมโห เพราะนั่นคือเด็ก และก็ไม่สามารถทำอะไรได้เพราะ ที่รู้ๆคือเด็กที่นั่นค่อนข้างจะเหี้ยวๆแก่นๆและค่อนข้างที่จะมียาเสพติด เราไม่สามารถทำอะไรพวกเขาได้ และการฝึกงานในเทอมนี้ก็ไม่ผ่าน เพราะตอนที่เธอฝึกสอนอยู่ มีอาจารย์เดินแอบมาดูการสอนของเธอด้วยกันสองครั้ง แต่ละครั้งเด็กนักเรียนไม่ฟังและไม่สนใจสิ่งที่เธอสอนเลย และแผนกำหนดการสอนของเธอก็ไม่ละเอียดพอ เพราะเธอไม่ชอบเขียนอะไรที่ยืดเยื้อหรือมากความ เธอชอบร่างแผนแบบคร่าวๆเสียมากกว่า

ปี 4 เทอม2 ซ่อมฝึกสอนครั้งที่ 2 เป็นโรงเรียนที่อยู่ในตัวเมืองเชียงใหม่ รวมเด็กแก่นๆ ไว้ และมีชื่อเสียงที่ค่อยข้างไม่ค่อยดีเกี่ยวกับการตีกันของเด็ก วิชาที่เธอสอนก็ยังคงเหมือนเดิม เพียงแต่สบายกว่าตรงที่เธอสอนแต่วิชาเลือก ทำให้การดำเนินการสอนของเธอลุล่วงไปได้ด้วยดี เด็กๆส่วนน้อยเท่านั้นที่ไม่ให้ความร่วมมือ แต่เด็กส่วนใหญ่จะให้ความร่วมมือดี ค่อนข้างกระตือรือร้นที่จะเรียน

ปริญญาใบที่เธอได้มาถือเป็นอาวุธนั้น เป็นใบที่เธอแลกมาด้วยความพยายามและความอดทน เธอดีใจที่ได้มันมาอย่างที่ตั้งใจเอาไว้ เธอเล่าให้ฟังด้วยความเสียดายว่า “ จริงๆแล้ว..ถ้าเราถามคนที่รู้หรือครูแนะแนวก็จะรู้ว่าควรจะเรียนอะไร” เธอได้มารู้ใจตัวเองทีหลังว่าเธอชอบเรียนเกี่ยวกับช่าง ซึ่งมันค่อนข้างจะต่างกับการทำอาหารของเธอโดยสิ้นเชิง สำหรับตัวเธอแล้ว เธอเรียนได้ทุกอย่างแต่ไม่ดีที่สุด เพราะเธอไม่รู้ว่าตัวเองนั้นชอบเรียนวิชาอะไรกันแน่
