แฟ้มสะสมผลงาน เล่มนี้ ดิฉันได้จัดทำขึ้นเพื่อเป็นตัวแทนนำเสนอข้อมูล ประวัติส่วนตัว ผลทางการศึกษา ความรู้ ความสามารถ ทักษะ รวมถึงกิจกรรมต่างๆที่ดิฉันได้เข้าร่วม โดยแฟ้มสะสมผมงานเล่มนี้ ประกอบด้วยเอกสารเกี่ยวกับประวัติส่วนตัว ประวัติทางการศึกษา ผลงานที่ได้รับที่ทำให้ดิฉันเกิดความภาคภูมิใจ เช่น รางวัลชนะเลิศ ประเภท แสตนเชียร์ ในกิจกรรมการแข่งขันกีฬาสี ฯลฯ เป็นต้น รวมทั้งรูปภาพการทำกิจกรรมต่างๆ มากมาย เช่น การเข้าค่ายวิศวะ เป็นต้น ดิฉันขอขอบพระคุณ คุณพ่อ คุณแม่ คุณครูอาจารย์ และเพื่อนๆ ที่ให้ความช่วยเหลือ ทั้งให้คำแนะนำ รวบรวมเอกสาร หลักฐานสำคัญต่างๆ ข้อมูลที่เป็นประโยชน์อย่างยิ่งเพื่อจัดทำแฟ้มผลงานในครั้งนี้ และเพื่อการศึกษาต่อในสถาบันอุดมศึกษา
