ค่าธรรมเนียมในการออกบัตร
- ชำระค่าประกันบัตร 321 บาท ต่อใบ (รวมภาษีมูลค่าเพิ่ม)
- บัตรหาย เสียค่าปรับ 500 บาท (ไม่มีภาษีมูลค่าเพิ่ม)

ป้ายชื่อในบอร์ดประกาศ และผนัง ชั้น 27
ทำป้ายเสร็จแล้ว จะเริ่มติดให้ตั้งแต่วันที่ 16 กรกฎาคม 2013 เป็นต้นไป
