เนื่องจากไม่เคยทำงานบริการของโรงแรม เลยไม่รู้ว่าจะต้องทำอย่างไร เมื่อลูกค้ามีปัญหา จึงต้องดูจากที่พี่ๆในที่ทำงาน ไม่ได้ช่วยเหลือ และยังไม่เข้าใจในงานอีกหลายๆประเภทในโรงแรม เลยทำได้แค่เชคอินและเชคเอ้า
