ร่วมส่งเสริมงานกิจกรรมนักศึกษาให้มีคุณภาพ และประสิทธิภาพ เพื่อเพิ่มระดับคุณภาพของนักศึกษาในการพัฒนาตนเองในด้านจิตอาสา สู่การเป็นผู้นำที่มีคุณภาพ

วิสัยทัศน์
ชมรม Green and White University มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏสุรินทร์ มุ่งเน้นให้นักศึกษามีส่วนร่วมในการพัฒนาตนเองในด้านจิตอาสา สู่การเป็นผู้นำ ในด้านกิจกรรมต่างๆ ที่เป็นประโยชน์ โดยมีกระบวนการที่เหมาะสมในด้านของความคิด ในการเป็นผู้นำ กล้าที่จะแสดงออก และสามารถพัฒนาระบบการบริหารจัดการให้มีประสิทธิภาพ และส่งเสริมให้นักศึกษาเป็นผู้มีระเบียบวินัย มีความรับผิดชอบงาน รู้จักการทำงานเป็นทีม มีความคิดริเริ่มสร้างสรรค์ และร่วมใจกันอนุรักษ์ศาสนาและศิลปวัฒนธรรม คงไว้ซึ่งความเป็นไทย อนุรักษ์สิ่งแววล้อม และตระหนักถึงสิทธิหน้าที่ในฐานะ พลเมืองดี สามารถพัฒนาทั้งทางด้านคุณธรรม จริยธรรมของนักศึกษา เพื่อพัฒนาตนเองสู่การเป็นบัณฑิต และการเป็นผู้นำอย่างมีคุณภาพ และประสิทธิภาพ

พันธกิจ
๑. มุ่งมั่น คือ การลงมือที่จะทำการหรือดำเนินงานนั้นๆ เพื่อให้ตรงไปตามเป้าหมายที่วางไว้
๒. พัฒนา คือ สนับสนุน ส่งเสริม ปรับปรุงงานภายใต้นโยบายของมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏสุรินทร์
๓. สร้างงาน คือ สร้างสิ่งเก่าให้เป็นสิ่งใหม่ สร้างทัศนคติที่ดีให้สถาบัน สร้างความร่วมมือระหว่างนักศึกษากับเจ้าหน้าที่ / บุคลากร ให้มีส่วนร่วมในการพัฒนางานภายใต้นโยบายของมหาวิทยาลัยฯ
๔. สู่สากล – นำผลที่ได้รับ ได้เห็นผลจากการมุ่งมั่น พัฒนา สร้างงานให้เป็นที่ประจักษ์ต่อสายตาผู้คน
