3.1 เนื้อหาในการฝึกอบรมการเป็นผู้นำสิ่งแวดล้อมประกอบด้วยการบรรยายให้ความรู้เกี่ยวกับ มลพิษทางอากาศ ขยะมูลฝอย ปัญหาน้ำเสีย มลพิษทางดิน มลพิษทางเสียง ป่าไม้ และการอนุรักษ์ทรัพยากรธรรมชาติ
3.2 สื่อที่ใช้ในการฝึกอบรม คือ คู่มือการฝึกอบรมการเป็นผู้นำสิ่งแวดล้อม
3.3 รูปแบบการวัดและประเมินผลการฝึกอบรม โดยจะวัดพิสัย 2 ด้าน คือ 1. ด้านพุทธพิสัย คือ แบบทดสอบความรู้เกี่ยวกับการอนุรักษ์สิ่งแวดล้อม และแบบวัดทักษะการเป็นผู้นำสิ่งแวดล้อม 2. ด้านจิตพิสัย คือ แบบวัดทัศนคติต่อการเป็นผู้นำสิ่งแวดล้อม
3.4 การกำหนดรูปแบบกระบวนการพัฒนากิจกรรมเพื่อให้กระบวนการเป็นไปตามวัตถุประสงค์ที่กำหนดไว้การจัดกิจกรรมการฝึกอบรมผู้นำสิ่งแวดล้อม เพื่อให้ผู้เข้ารับการฝึกอบรมเกิดความรู้ ทัศนคติที่ดี และเกิดทักษะการเป็นผู้นำด้านการอนุรักษ์สิ่งแวดล้อม ในการจัดกิจกรรมการพัฒนากิจกรรมฝึกอบรมผู้นำสิ่งแวดล้อมในโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา อำเภอน้ำพอง จังหวัดขอนแก่น ใช้เวลา 3 วัน โดยมีวิธีดำเนินการการพัฒนากิจกรรมโดยใช้กระบวนการในการฝึกอบรม
