กับข้าพเจ้า 1.นายไชยวัฒธนู ทั่วถิ่นทัพไทย 2.นางปฐม เชื้อบัญฑิต ซึ่งต่อไปในหนังสือสัญญานี้เรียกว่า นายหน้าฝ่ายหนึ่ง
ทั้งสองฝ่ายได้ตกลงทำสัญญากันดังมีข้อความต่อไปนี้

ข้อ 1. ผู้ให้สัญญามีความประสงค์จะขายลดเช็ค(ดราฟเงินสด) หมายเลข 8875750099099 International Branch PoBox18127.12 Doutry London EC2P 2BX เป็นเงินรวมทั้งสิ้น 500,000,000 Euro (ห้าร้อยล้านเหรียญยูโร (Euro) )จึงมอบให้นายหน้าไปจัดการให้จดทะเบียน ณ สำนักงานสถาบันการเงิน จนกว่าจะแล้วเสร็จ นับแต่วันทำสัญญานี้ ผู้ให้สัญญายอมจ่ายค่านายหน้าให้แก่นายหน้าเป็นจำนวน 25%ของเงินดังกล่าวแล้ว โดยจ่ายให้ในวันที่รับเงินในการขายลดเช็ค(ดราฟเงินสด)

ข้อ 2. ฝ่ายผู้ขายลดเช็ค(ดราฟเงินสด)ตามข้อมูลข้างต้นรับเงินจากการขายลดเช็ค(ดราฟเงินสด)เป็นจำนวน 75%

ข้อ 3. ค่าธรรมเนียมมต่างๆในการขายลดเช็คนี้ และค่านายหน้า จ่ายให้นายหน้าทั้งสองข้างต้น 25% หากผู้ขายลดเช็ค(ดราฟเงินสด)ผิดสัญญา ยินยอมให้นายหน้าฟ้องร้องได้ตามกฎหมายไทย เรียกค่าเสียหายเป็น2เท่าของค่านายหน้า

ข้อ 4. ผู้ให้สัญญาและนายหน้า ได้ทราบข้อความนี้ตลอดแล้ว จึงลงชื่อไว้เป็นหลักฐานต่อหน้าพยาน
