1. มาตรา 34 - มาตรา 72 ว่าด้วยสิทธิเสรีภาพส่วนบุคคล ให้ตัดตอนท้ายของทุกมาตราที่ว่า “ทั้งนี้ตามที่กฎหมายบัญญัติ” ออก เพื่อไม่ให้ ส.ส.ออกกฎหมายริดรอนสิทธิเสรีภาพ และการมีส่วนร่วมของพลเมืองให้น้อยลงได้

3. หมวด 3 รัฐสภา แก้ไข มาตรา 106 ว่าด้วยการแบ่งเขตเลือกตั้ง ส.ส.แบบบัญชีรายชื่อที่กำหนดให้แบ่งพื้นที่เป็น 6 ภาค และให้แต่ละภาคเป็นเขตเลือกตั้ง แก้ไขเป็นให้ใช้เขตประเทศเป็นเขตเลือกตั้ง เพื่อสะท้อนเจตนารมณ์ของประชาชนที่เห็นด้วยกับนโยบายพรรคการเมืองและป้องกันไม่ให้นักการเมือง หรือผู้มีอิทธิพลท้องถิ่นซื้อเสียงเข้าสู่ตำแหน่ง
