กรณีที่ผู้ว่าจ้างผิดสัญญาไม่มาปฏิบัติหน้าที่ตามข้อตกลงสัญญานี้ ผู้ว่าจ้างยินยอมให้ผู้รับจ้างริบเงินที่ผู้ว่าจ้างได้ชำระไปแล้ว


กรณีที่ผู้รับจ้างได้ทำงานตามสัญญานี้ให้กับผู้ว่าจ้างบางส่วน ผู้รับจ้างมีสิทธิที่จะคิดค่าจ้างตามสัดส่วนของผลงานที่ได้ทำไป
