การศึกษานี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา

การศึกษานี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาอาชีพที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการพัฒนาองค์กรอย่างยั่งยืน (ESG) เพื่อเป็นทางเลือกสำหรับนิสิตภาควิชาบัญชีให้ทราบถึง 1) ความแตกต่างของคุณสมบัติการเข้ารับทำงานของแต่ละกลุ่มอุตสาหกรรม โดยให้ข้อมูล ปีประสบการณ์ คณะหรือสาขาวิชา และระดับตำแหน่งงาน 2) คุณสมบัติด้านประสบการณ์และความรู้เฉพาะด้าน โดยทำการวิเคราะห์จำแนกตามนิสิตจบใหม่และบุคคลที่ต้องการเลื่อนระดับตำแหน่งงาน 3) หน้าที่ ความรับผิดชอบต่องานโดยแบ่งเป็น 4 ระดับตำแหน่งงาน กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยคือ บริษัทที่เปิดรับสมัครตำแหน่งงานด้าน ESG ที่มีสาขาอยู่ในประเทศไทย จำนวน 96 บริษัท โดยการเก็บข้อมูลจากเว็บไซต์รับสมัครงานและเว็บไซต์ของทางบริษัท ซึ่งข้อมูลที่ใช้ในการศึกษาวิจัยเล่มนี้อยู่ในช่วงเดือนสิงหาคม - ตุลาคม พ.ศ. 2566
