สวัสดีครับ ผมได้รับสินค้าครบเป็นที่เรียบร้อยแล้วคับ ต้องขอบคุณมากนะคับที่จัดส่งสินค้าให้ครับ แต่มีอยู่สิ่งหนึ่งที่ผม ไม่ค่อยพอใจ ครับ คือ การส่งสินค้าจากทางลาซาดา ใช้ระยะเวลามากเกินไป จากความเข้าใจของผมในการสั่งซื้อสินค้า น่าจะได้รับสินค้าไม่เกิน3-5 วัน แต่สินค้าที่ผมที่ได้สั่งซื้อ กว่าผมจะได้รับสินค้า เป็นเวลา 7-8 วัน แล้วผมก็ยังต้องติดตามสินค้าเอง 3 ครับ แลัวทางผู้จัดส่งสินค้านั่น ก่อนวันส่งของ ได้โทรมาสอบถามทางผมหลังเวลา 21.30 ซึ่งเป็นเวลาพักผ่อน ซึ่งไม่น่าจะควรเกิดเหตุการณ์แบบนี้ และจากที่ผมได้สอบถามเนื่องจาก คนจัดส่งสินค้าไม่ทราบเส้นทางเป็นว่า ทางที่จัดส่ง ได้โยนงานมาให้ไม่ได้อยู่ในเขตที่จัดส่ง ซึ่งผมก็ไม่เข้าใจว่า การทำงานของลาซาดาเป็นแบบนี้หรอคับ (ขอโทษนะครับที่คำพูดรุนแรง) ในครั้งต่อไป ผมหวังว่าผมจะได้รับบริการที่ดีกว่านี้นะคับ ในการสั่งซ์้อสินค้าคราวหน้า แล้วไม่คิดว่าจะเกิดเหตุการณ์แบบนี้อีก ถ้ามีการปรับปรุงที่ดีขึ้นผมจะเป็นลูกค้าของทางลาซาดา ต่อไปครับ
