เหตุผลที่เลือกเรียนปริญญาโทในสาขาบร

เหตุผลที่เลือกเรียนปริญญาโทในสาขาบริหารการศึกษานั้น ข้าพเจ้ามีเหตุผลในการเลือกเรียนสาขานี้เพราะ ต้องการเพิ่มวุฒิทางการศึกษาให้สูงขึ้นเพื่อนำมาใช้ในการพัฒนางานที่ทำอยู่ในปัจจุบันให้ดีขึ้น และต้องการย่นเวลาในการขอรับการประเมินให้ได้วิทยฐานะครูชำนาญการ ซึ่งถ้าไม่จบปริญญาโทจะต้องดำรงตำแหน่งครูอีก 6 ปี แต่ถ้าจบปริญญาโททางการศึกษา จะย่นเวลาขอรับการประเมินลงมาเหลือแค่ 4 ปี แต่ไม่มีความคิดที่จะเป็นผู้บริหารเพราะการเป็นผู้บริหารหรือเป็นหัวหน้าผู้อื่นจะต้องความพร้อมในเรื่องของความกล้าตัดสินใจ และความเป็นผู้นำสูงซึ่งในส่วนนี้ข้าพเจ้ามีไม่พอที่จะไปเป็นผู้บริหาร

ชีวิตของเราทุกคนล้วนแล้วแต่จะต้องประสบกับอุปสรรคต่างๆ นานา ไม่ว่าจะในเรื่องของการเรียนหนังสือในสมัยที่เราเป็นนักเรียนนักศึกษา พอเราเข้าสู่ชีิวิตการทำงาน อุปสรรคต่างๆ ในการทำงานเพื่อไปสู่ความสำเร็จในหน้าที่การงาน ก็เริ่มเดินเข้ามาในชีวิตของเรา อุปสรรคเหล่านี้ ทำให้เราเกิดความท้อถอยบ้าง เหนื่อยบ้าง ผิดหวังบ้าง แต่เคยคิดบ้างมั้ยครับว่า อุปสรรคเหล่านี้เป็นสิ่งที่ทำให้เราเติบโตขึ้นไปได้อีก ถ้าชีวิตขาดอุปสรรค หรือขาดปัญหา ผมว่าชีวิตคงจะไม่มีรสชาติสักเท่าไรนัก
สิ่งที่ข้าพเจ้าคิดว่าเป็นอุปสรรค์ในชีวิตของข้าพเจ้าคือ จิตใจของตัวข้าพเจ้าเอง การที่จะชนะใจตัวเองเป็นเรื่องที่ยากมากๆ ถ้าเราสามารถชนะใจตัวเองได้ไม่ว่าอะไรเข้ามาเราก็สามารถผ่านมันไปได้
ข้าพเจ้าเชื่อว่าทุกคนย่อมอยากประสบความสำเร็จในชีวิต ไม่ว่าจะเป็นเรื่องชีวิตส่วนตัว หรือเรื่องของการทำงาน คนส่วนใหญ่วัดความสำเร็จกันในเรื่องของจำนวนเงินว่าใครทำเงินได้มากก็ถือว่าประสบความสำเร็จมาก แต่ในชีวิตจริงนั้น มันไม่ใช่อย่างนั้นซะทีเดียว เงินเป็นส่วนหนึ่งใช่ แต่ก็ไม่ใช่เป็นตัวบอกว่าเราประสบความสำเร็จหรือไม่ บางคนมีเงินมากมายร่ำรวยล้นฟ้าแต่กลับไม่มีความสุขในชีวิตเลยก็มี แบบนี้เราจะเรียกว่าประสบความสำเร็จหรือไม่
