การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาความพึงพอใจของการดำเนินงานโครงการกองทุนหมู่บ้าน บ้านโสน ตำบลณรงค์ อำเภอศรีณรงค์ จังหวัดสุรินทร์ และเพื่อเปรียบเทียบความพึงพอใจกลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ สมาชิกกองทุนหมู่บ้านจำนวน 200 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยแบบสอบถามแบบมาตราส่วนค่า 5 ระดับ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล คือ สถิติพรรณนา ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ทดสอบสมติฐานโดยาโดยใช้สถิติที( Independent Sample T – test) วิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียวด้วย F-test ( one – way ANOVA)และเปรียบเทียบหลายคู่ด้วยวิธีของ Shefe

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า

ความพึงพอใจของสมาชิกต่อการดำเนินงานของคณะกรรมการกองทุนหมู่บ้าน โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก ( =4.13) มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุด ในด้านการจัดทำบัญชีและการเงิน ( =4.16) รองลงมาคือ ด้านการพิจารณาให้เงินกู้และด้านการทำนิติกรรมสัญญา ( =4.15) และ ด้านที่ต่ำที่สุด คือ ด้านจัดหรือเรียกประชุมและด้านการบริหารจัดการ ( =4.09)
ผลการเปรียบเทียบ ความพึงพอใจของสมาชิกต่อการดำเนินงานของคณะกรรมการกองทุนหมู่บ้าน จำแนกตามเพศ จำแนกตามระยะเวลา และจำแนกตามอายุ ไม่แตกต่างกันมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติอยู่ที่ระดับ .05
