รายงานการวิจัยเรื่อง การสำรวจความพึงพอใจของนักศึกษาคณะคอมพิวเตอร์และเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศมหาวิทยาลัยภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือที่มีต่อการใช้งานบริการของห้องสมุด วิจัยเรื่องนี้เป็นวิจัยเชิงสำรวจ (Survey Research)โดยจัดทำขึ้นเพื่อสำรวจความพึงพอใจที่มีต่อการใช้บริการของห้องสมุดในด้านต่างๆ เพื่อนำผลจากการวิจัยมาใช้ประโยชน์ในการปรับปรุงการให้บริการของห้องสมุดของมหาวิทยาลัยภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ
โดยการจัดทำรายงานวิจัยครั้งนี้ผู้วิจัยได้ดำเนินการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลด้วยตนเองโดยนำแบบสอบถาม ซึ่งเป็นเครื่องมือในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล โดยมีลักษณะเป็นแบบสอบถามแบบมาตรประมาณค่า (Rating Scale) 5 ระดับ ให้กับนักศึกษาปริญญาตรี คณะคอมพิวเตอร์และเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ มหาวิทยาลัยภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ จำนวน 234 คน
จากผลการวิจัยสำรวจความพึงพอใจของนักศึกษาคณะคอมพิวเตอร์และเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศมหาวิทยาลัยภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือที่มีต่อการใช้งานบริการของห้องสมุด สามารถนำผลการศึกษาดังกล่าวมาอภิปรายได้ดังนี้คือ ผลการวิเคราะห์ความพึงพอใจของนักศึกษาคณะคอมพิวเตอร์และเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศต่อการใช้บริการห้องสมุดมหาวิทยาลัยภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ ในด้านการให้บริการด้านสถานที่และสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวก ด้านบุคลากร
ด้านความน่าเชื่อถือ ด้านลักษณะทางกายภาพ และ ด้านสถานที่และสิ่งแวดล้อม รวมอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง
