บทคัดย่อ
การติดเชื้อหนอนพยาธิที่ติดต่อผ่านดินยังคงเป็นปัญหาสำคัญของประเทศไทยโดยเฉพาะในเกษตรกร การศึกษาเรื่องความชุกของโรคหนอนพยาธิติดต่อผ่านดินในเกษตรกรที่ทำนา ระหว่างวันที่ 15 ตุลาคม – 11 พฤศจิกายน 2559 โดยการตรวจอุจจาระจากกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ศึกษาจำนวน 44 คนมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาความชุกของโรคหนอนพยาธิติดต่อผ่านดินในเกษตรกรทำนา หมู่บ้านชวดชะโด ตำบลก้อนแก้ว อำเภอคลองเขื่อน จังหวัดฉะเชิงเทรา และเพื่อเปรียบเทียบความชุกของโรคหนอนพยาธิติดต่อผ่านดินในเกษตรกรตามปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล ตรวจพบอัตราการติดเชื้อหนอนพยาธิที่ติดต่อผ่านดินร้อยละ 14.4 เชื้อที่พบ ได้แก่ เอ็นตามีบาโคไล (Entamoeba coli) จำนวน 1 คน คิดเป็นร้อยละ 4.8 พบเชื้อ เอ็นโดไลแมกนานา (Endolimax nana) จำนวน 1 คน คิดเป็นร้อยละ 4.8 และพบเชื้อ โลดาโมบาบูชิล (Lodamoebabushii) จำนวน 1 คน คิดเป็นร้อยละ 4.8
ผลการศึกษาในครั้งนี้แสดงให้เห็นว่าอายุ ระดับการศึกษาสูงสุด จำนวนสมาชิกภายในครอบครัวที่อาศัยอยู่ร่วมกัน ส้วมแบบราดน้ำในบ้าน และสัตว์เลี้ยงในบ้านไม่มีความสัมพันธ์กับอัตราการติดเชื้อหนอนพยาธิติดต่อผ่านดินในเกษตรกร (p=0.05) แต่อย่างไรก็ตามการติดเชื้อโรคหนอนพยาธิติดต่อผ่านดินในเกษตรกรยังนับว่าเป็นปัญหาสำคัญทางสุขภาพของเกษตรกรทำนา หมู่บ้านชวดชะโด ตำบลก้อนแก้ว อำเภอคลองเขื่อน จังหวัดฉะเชิงเทรา
