การขอใบกำกับภาษี

ตามประกาศอธิบดีกรมสรรพากร เกี่ยวกับภาษีมูลค่าเพิ่ม ฉบับ 194- 197 
เรื่อง กำหนดให้ระบุข้อความอื่นในใบกำกับภาษี ใบเพิ่มหนี้ ใบลดหนี้ รายงานภาษีขาย และ
รายงานภาษีซื้อ มีข้อบังคับตั้งแต่วันที่ 1 มกราคม 2557 เป็นต้นไป

ทางร้านจึงขอชี้แจ้งลูกค้า่ ต้องเตรียมรายละเอียดดังนี้
1 เลขประจำตัวผู้เสียภาษี 13 หลัก
2 ระบุชื่อ ที่อยู่
3 ระบุ สำนักงานใหญ่ หรือ สาขา (ตัวอย่าง สาขา00001)
4 ลูกค้าจะต้องตรวจเช็ครายละเอียดให้ถูกต้องทันที
5 ไม่สามารถแก้ไขหรือเปลี่ยนแปลงหลังวันที่ใช้บริการ ***
