สัญญาฉบับนี้ทำขึ้นระหว่าง บริษัท รีเจ้น กรีน เพาเวอร์ จำกัด โดย นายนิรัตน์ อยู่ภักดี กรรมการกระทำการแทน สำนักงานเลขที่ 700/18 ซอยประจิตต์ ถนนศรีนครินทร์ แขวงสวนหลวง เขตสวนหลวง กรุงเทพมหานคร ซึ่งต่อไปนี้ในสัญญานี้จะเรียกว่า “ ผู้จะขาย” ฝ่ายหนึ่งกับ นายชฎิล สมพงษ์ อายุ 42 ปี อยู่บ้านเลขที่ 75/3 ตรอกบ้านบุ แขวงศิริราช เขตบางกอกน้อย กรุงเทพมหานคร โทร 086-5779559 ซึ่งต่อไปในสัญญานี้จะเรียกว่า “ผู้จะซื้อ”อีกฝ่ายหนึ่งทั้งสองฝ่ายตกลงทำสัญญากันมีข้อความดังต่อไปนี้
ผู้ขายและผู้ซื้อตกลงทำสัญญาจะซื้อจะขายกันดังมีข้อความต่อไปนี้
ข้อ 1. ผู้จะขายขอรับรองว่า ผู้จะขายเป็นผู้มีกรรมสิทธิ์ในที่ดินซึ่งเป็นที่ตั้งโครงการ “รีเจนท์โฮมบางซ่อน” ซึ่งตั้งอยู่บนเนื้อที่ดินโฉนด เลขที่ 1376-1383, 1386-7,7736,11751,22889,49817-49817,62584,67424-5 ตำบลบางซื่อ
อำเภอบางซื่อ จังหวัดกรุงเทพมหานคร เนื้อที่ 15 ไร่ 23.6 ตารางวา ซึ่งที่ดินได้จำนองไว้กับธนาคารกสิกรไทย จำกัด มหาชน
ข้อ 2 ผู้จะขายตกลงจะขายและผู้ซื้อตกลงจะซื้อห้องชุดในโครงการ “รีเจนท์โฮมบางซ่อน” ห้องหมายเลข 12A27 ชั้นที่ 12A อาคาร B เนื้อที่ห้องโดยประมาณ 28 ตารางเมตร ในราคา 999,900.- บาท (เก้าแสนเก้าหมื่นเก้าพันเก้าร้อยบาท)
ข้อ 3 ห้องชุดที่จะทำการซื้อขายตามข้อ 2 ให้รวมถึงกรรมสิทธิ์ในทรัพย์ส่วนตามที่กำหนดไว้ในพระราชบัญญัติอาคารชุด พ.ศ.2522 ด้วย โดยผู้จะขายจะทำการก่อสร้างอาคารชุดดังกล่าวเสร็จสิ้นประมาณเดือนตุลาคม 2540
