1.เจ้าหน้าที่มีสิทธิ์ลากิจได้ไม่เกิน 7 วัน
2.การลากิจต้องยื่นใบลาล่วงหน้าอย่างน้อย 1วันและต้องได้รับอนุญาติให้ลาหยุดได้
3.ผู้มีสิทธิ์ลากิจต้องทำงานมาไม่น้อยกว่า 3 เดือน
4.ไม่สามารถสะสมวันลาไปปีอื่นได้
5.การลาคล่อมวันหยุด(ลาหัว กลางวันหยุด ท้ายลา) ให้ถือว่าวันหยุดนั้นเป็นวันลาด้วย
6.กรณีลากิจต้องยื่นใบลาล่วงหน้าและถ้ากระทันหันให้แจ้งลากับหัวหน้าศูนย์หรือเทคนิเชี่ยน
(ถ้าไม่ปฏิบัติตามให้ถือเป็นขาดงาน)
