Cooking is one of the survival skills for international students in NZ. You can’t just eat out every day like you used to do in Thailand. A Krapraw Kai with rice will cost you almost 240 baht!!! If you don’t know how to cook, you may end up broke. Kiwi takeaways are normally fish and chips, greasy and bland, not healthy at all (plus paying something like 10-15 dollars for a decent meal!!).
