คำนำ
ข้าพเจ้า นายจุฑาสิทธิ์ รุ่งสว่าง จัดทำแฟ้มสะสมผลงาน (Portfolio) เพื่อเก็บรวบรวมผลงานต่างๆ ที่ใช้ในการค้นคว้าและรวบรวมข้อมูลส่วนตัว งานในหน้าที่ การพัฒนาศักยภาพในการเรียนและผลงานที่ภาคภูมิใจหรืองานที่แสดงความก้าวหน้าของตนเอง รวมทั้งรางวัลเกียติยศที่รับโดยมีจุดมุ่งหมายเพื่อเป็นสิ่งที่แสดงถึงความรู้ ความสามารถ ความพยายาม แรงจูงใจ ความก้าวหน้า และผลสัมฤทธิ์ในการปฏิบัติงานนั้นๆ ซึ่งการเก็บผลงาน/หลักฐานในรูปแฟ้มสะสมงานทำให้สะดวกต่อการค้นหา และนำไปใช้ในโอกาสต่อไป ทั้งนี้ การเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลต่างๆ ตั้งแต่อดีตจนถึงปัจจุบัน ล้วนเป็นหลักฐานที่เกี่ยวข้องและมีความสำคัญต่อตัวของข้าพเจ้า แฟ้มสะสมนี้จะทำให้ผู้อื่นทราบเกี่ยวกับตัวของข้าพเจ้ามากขึ้นเพื่อเป็นแนวทางในการพัฒนางานให้มีประสิทธิภาพยิ่งขึ้น

ในการจัดทำแฟ้มผลงานครั้งนี้ ข้าพเจ้าใช้เป็นแนวทางในการแสดงให้เห็นถึงการทำงานการเรียนของตนเอง และยังเป็นแนวทางในการหาข้อบกพร่องของตนเอง เพื่อแก้ไขปรับปรุงใหม่ให้ได้งานที่สมบูรณ์และมีคุณภาพยิ่งขึ้น มีการศึกษาหาความรู้เพิ่มเติม จัดระบบการปรับปรุงคุณภาพของตนเอง แฟ้มเล่มนี้จึงเป็นตัวบ่งชี้ที่สำคัญในการพัฒนางานของตนเองตลอดในการเป็นนักเรียน
