ดังนั้นผู้วิจัยจึงมีวัตถุประสงค์ดังต่อไปนี้ คือ 1. เพื่อศึกษาสภาพปัญหาการอนุรักษ์และฟื้นฟูทรัพยากรป่าไม้ในจังหวัดกาฬสินธุ์ 2. เพื่อพัฒนารูปแบบกิจกรรมค่ายสิ่งแวดล้อมศึกษาสำหรับเยาวชนในจังหวัดกาฬสินธุ์อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ 3. เพื่อศึกษาและเปรียบเทียบความรู้ความตระหนักและการมีส่วนร่วมเกี่ยวกับการอนุรักษ์และฟื้นฟูทรัพยากรป่าไม้ของเยาวชนในจังหวัดกาฬสินธุ์ ก่อนและหลังการเข้าร่วมกิจกรรมค่ายสิ่งแวดล้อมศึกษาโดยจำแนกตามอายุที่ต่างกัน
