การศึกษาค้นคว้าครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสง

การศึกษาค้นคว้าครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาคุณลักษณะผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา
ที่พึงประสงค์ของชุมชนใน ตำบลกะฮาด อำเภอเนินสง่า จังหวัดชัยภูมิ สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาชัยภูมิ เขต 3 ซึ่งมีอยู่ 3 โรงเรียน และชุมชนในเขตพื้นที่บริการ 5 ชุมชน
ได้แก่ ชุมบ้านหนองไข่น้ำ,ชุมชนบ้านกะฮาด,ชุมชนบ้านกหนองดินดำ,ชุมชนบ้านหนองกระเทือง และชุมชนบ้านขี้เหล็ก
ประชากรที่ใช้ในการศึกษาค้นคว้า เป็นผู้ปกครองของนักเรียน และผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ
ในตำบลกะฮาด จำนวน 256 คน/รูป เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการรวบรวมข้อมูล ประยุกต์จากแบบสอบถามของ ชวนชม ชินะตังกูร ที่สร้างตามแนวความคิดของ ฮาลปิน (Halpin) สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน
ผลการศึกษาพบว่า
1. คุณลักษณะของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาที่พึงประสงค์ของชุมชนโดยภาพรวม
และรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก โดยด้านมุ่งมิตรสัมพันธ์มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงกว่าด้านมุ่งกิจสัมพันธ์
2. ประสิทธิผลคุณลักษณะของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาที่พึงประสงค์ของชุมชนใน พบว่ามีประสิทธิผลสูง จํานวน 3โรง และมีประสิทธิผลตํ่า 0 โรง
3. คุณลักษณะของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาที่พึงประสงค์ของชุมชน ด้านมุ่งกิจสัมพันธ์ พบว่า ชุมชนต้องการเห็นผู้บริหารมอบงานตามความถนัดและความสามารถของผู้ร่วมงานแต่ละคน ( = 3.92)
