ผมได้เปลี่ยนแปลงตัวเองในเรื่องของการเรียนวิชาการพูดและการพัฒนาบุคลิกภาพ ผมเป็นคนที่ไม่กล้าแสดงออก ผมไม่ชอบการพูดต่อหน้าคนมากๆเพราะทำให้ผมอาย ผมได้เรียนวิชานี้ทำให้ผมคิดที่จะเปลี่ยนแปลงตัวเอง ผมเริ่มจากการฝึดพูดกับตัวเองหน้ากระจก ผมทำกิจกรรมที่ทำให้ผมกล้าแสดงออกมากขึ้น ผม
