เรื่อง ปรับเปลี่ยนเวลาทำงานสำหรับพนักงาน Waiting Project

บริษัทฯ ขอแจ้งปรับเปลี่ยนเวลาทำงานสำหรับพนักงานที่โอนย้ายเข้ามาที่ Waiting Project ที่สำนักงานใหญ่ ทั้งพนักงานรายเดือน และพนักงานรายวัน
จากเดิมทำงาน 6 วัน เปลี่ยนเป็นเวลาทำงานแบบเสาร์เว้นเสาร์ เพื่อให้สอดคล้องกับเวลาทำงานของสำนักงานใหญ่ โดยมีรายละเอียดดังนี้

1. พนักงานที่โอนย้ายมาที่ Waiting Project ระยะเวลาไม่เกิน 1 เดือน : วันเสาร์ที่หยุดจะได้รับค่าจ้าง
2. พนักงานที่โอนย้ายมาที่ Waiting Project ระยะเวลาเกิน 1 เดือน ขึ้นไป :
2.1 พนักงานรายเดือน การคำนวณค่าจ้างจะถูกลดค่าทำงานล่วงเวลา(Fixed OT) จาก 39 ชั่วโมง/เดือน คงเหลือ 36 ชั่วโมง/เดือน
2.2 พนักงานรายวัน วันเสาร์ที่หยุดจะไม่ได้รับค่าจ้าง

หมายเหตุ : - บริษัทฯ จะอ้างอิงวันที่โอนย้ายตามระบบ SMS และ LMS
- ถ้าพนักงานโอนย้ายจาก Waiting Project ไปยังโครงการอื่นๆ เงื่อนไขนี้จะถูกยกเลิกโดยอัตโนมัติ

ทั้งนี้ มีผลบังคับใช้ ตั้งแต่ วันที่ 1 สิงหาคม 2558 เป็นต้นไป
