บทคัดย่อ

วิจัยนี้จัดทำขึ้น โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อการจัดเก็บ รวบรวมอุปกรณ์ วัสดุสำนักงานมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อให้ทราบถึงจำนวน วัสดุและให้มีการเก็บข้อมูลหรือหลักฐาน บันทึก ในบัญชีหรือทะเบียนไว้ประกอบการตรวจสอบเพื่อใช้เป็นข้อมูลในการอ้างอิงต่างๆ
วิจัยที่คณะผู้จัดทำ ได้สร้างขึ้นนี้สามารถทำงานได้ย่างมีประสิทธิภาพตรงตามวัตถุประสงค์ที่ได้ตั้งไว้และสามารถนำไป ใช้ประโยชน์ในการเก็บข้อมูลอุปกรณ์ วัสดุสำนักงาน คือ การนำระบบ มาทดสอบการใช้งาน ลดภาระเจ้าหน้าที่ในการจัดเก็บข้อมูลวัสดุสำนักงานได้อย่างมากและยังมีประสิทธิภาพต่อการใช้งานอีกด้วยโปรแกรมนี้สามารถเบิกจ่ายวัสดุและตรวจสอบข้อมูลการเบิก ผู้มาเบิกอีกทั้งมีการตรวจสอบการเข้าใช้งาน ของเจ้าหน้าที่ว่าคนใดเข้าใช้งานโปรแกรม วันและเวลาจึงง่ายต่อการติดตามการเข้าใช้งานและเบิกได้ดีอีกด้วย
วิจัยนี้สามารถนำมาเป็นตัวอย่างในการพัฒนาผลงานให้ดียิ่งขึ้นในด้านการเขียนโปรแกรมเพื่อให้โปรแกรมมีประสิทธิภาพสูงสุดและมีความสะดวกต่อเจ้าหน้าที่มากขึ้น และสามารถนำไปใช้กับผู้ที่ต้องการโปรแกรมนี้เพื่อสะดวกต่อการใช้ในการจัดเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลอุปกรณ์วัสดุสำนักงาน ต่อไป
