กรณีขอปรับลด Package Advance ต้องทำบันทึกขออนุมัติปรับลดเท่านั้นจึงดำเนินการได้ เช่น ปกติกรณี BAN Cancelled และก่อนยกเลิกลูกค้าใช้ Package จ่ายล่วงหน้า 12 เดือน และได้จ่ายชำระเงินค่าบริการแล้วหลังยกเลิกไม่เกิน 3 เดือน Billing Team จะแจ้งให้ทำการตั้งหนี้เพื่อไม่ให้ลูกค้ามีเงินเกินระบบ หรือ เพื่อให้ยอด A/R Balance ของลูกค้า = 0 บาท ต่อมาหลังจากนั้นลูกค้าร้องเรียนขอเงินคืน ต้องทำการปรับลดยอดตั้งหนี้นั้นออกจากระบบเพื่อให้ A/R Balance ของลูกค้ามีเงินเกินระบบดังเดิม เช่นนี้ก่อนดำเนินการได้ต้องแนบบันทึกขออนุมัติ PD ก่อนจึงจะดำเนินการได้ (เนื่องจาก ตาม Promotion Package Advance จะไม่ให้ทำการคืนเงินหรือปรับลด)
