พระราโชวาทของทั้งสองพระองค์ดังกล่าว สามารถสรุปความได้ว่า ผู้ที่เป็นครูนั้นมีความสำคัญอย่างมาก เพราะครูเป็นผู้ปลูกฝังความรู้สึกความคิดและจิตใจและพัฒนาเยาวชนให้มีความเจริญในทุกๆด้าน เพื่อให้เยาวชนเหล่านั้นเป็นกำลังสำคัญในการพัฒนาชาติบ้านเมืองต่อไป
พระราโชวาทของทั้งสองพระองค์ตามที่ได้อัญเชิญมานี้ เป็นเครื่องยืนยันให้เห็นถึงความสำคัญของบุคคลที่เป็นครูที่มีต่อความเจริญของบุคคลและชาติบ้านเมืองเป็นอย่างยิ่ง ทั้งนี้เพราะ "ชาติบ้านเมืองจะมีความเจริญมั่นคงอยู่ได้ ก็เพราะประชาชนในชาติได้รับการพัฒนาอย่างถูกวิธี การพัฒนาคนจะดำเนินไปอย่างถูกต้องก็เพราะมีระบบการศึกษาที่ดี และระบบการศึกษาจะดำเนินไปอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ ก็เพราะมีครูที่มีคุณภาพ
