Thank you very much for the hard work and effective feedback from your team. For the contents of the document, I will sort the parts I understand.
1.The first page, which describes the principle of obtaining the seal pattern, is the part where we understand and fully believe in the feasibility of your technical principle.

2.The 2th page is used to compare the differences between the image on paper and the one obtained by the machine. This page also shows that you use more circular stamps than we do. We can also see the problem of the thickness of the lines we are interested in.

3.The 3th page mentioned the "Stamp size" in the demo App , whether you can explain this function corresponds to which is in the VSCan SDK?

4.In the last page - Case Study, the steps are similar to our process, but I think the differences in details should be the cause of the results.

In addition, we still have some concern need to clarify as bellow:
A. seal shape:
From pdf shows stamp with couple different shape round, oval and square .
Most of the stamps in Taiwan are square-shaped, while round-shaped stamps are less common.
How much percentage human(National ID) using round, oval and square shape seals in your cases?

B. seal size:
The source stamp (the original stamp pattern left in the third party system) and the pattern taken by the machine should be the same (we adjusted the size of the generated file and it is the same). So the issue about the difference in size between the generated seal image and the source seal should be ignored.

C.print image area:
The above-mentioned is the printed area of the seal, not the body of the seal, if it refers to the body, the width must be increased by more than 1mm in order to comply with the use, so the 30mm * 30mm seal may not be printed.

D.unbalanced ink from ONE stamp image:
We understand that the ink shows a different image (thickness) and there is no problem if it shows the same thickness. Comparing the second page of the seal pattern with the pattern on the far right and the word "KE" in the upper left corner, the thickness of the "K" is much thicker than that of the "E" (compared to the image on the paper).

E.VSCan SDK:
At the moment it seems that comparison alone does not solve the original problem. Is it possible to optimize programmatically and is there anything in the VSCan SDK that can help?
